How many years has your pharmacy been in business?

My pharmacy has been in business for almost six years. We opened our doors in January 2016.

What has been the most significant change within your pharmacy over the past five years, and how has it helped you serve your patients better?

The most significant change within our pharmacy over the past five years has been the increased trust our patients and customers have in our pharmacy, our staff, and the care we provide. This trust has fueled the support and growth we are seeing. Our focus continues to be personalized care. A lot of what we do is based on what the community needs.

What is your favorite thing about being a pharmacist?

My favorite thing about being a pharmacist is patient interaction and engagement. It is very rewarding to have the opportunity to serve a patient, review their therapy, and guide their therapy towards better outcomes, as well as being available to patients to answer their questions and demystify treatment and illness to help them better cope.

What makes your pharmacy unique?

We are a true community pharmacy. We belong to and are supported by our community. This is true of many independent community pharmacies.

What do you think your patients love most about your pharmacy?

Our patients love that they can count on us when it matters. We are always there for them.

What are your favorite ways to get involved with your community?

Most recently, we have been involved with our community by just being there and available, and catering to the needs of the community. From providing masks for the wildfires of 2016 to opening our COVID-19 vaccine clinic and everything in between, we’ve been there!
