What is your favorite thing about being a pharmacist?

My favorite thing about being a pharmacist is how every day is so dynamic and there is never a dull day. I also love being able to market my business digitally and get immediate feedback from patients. Interacting with and developing my staff is also one of the things I love about being a pharmacist.

What makes your pharmacy unique?

We provide so many services, including free delivery, a drive thru, experienced staff, and weekly informative videos with patient engagement and feedback. Because our community is small, we are well known and have a tremendous relationship with local offices and staff.

What do you think your patients love most about your pharmacy?

Our patients always comment on how much easier we make things for them and love that we know them all by name. My patients always have access to me, and we can always find a way to make things right.

What are your favorite ways to get involved with your community?

We love to visit people and learn about them when we deliver their medications. We have many patients who are disabled or cannot leave the house and are thrilled we are there to help them and get them their medication. Our delivery techs spend a significant amount of time getting to know our patients and the community.

What excites you most about the future of independent pharmacy?

We love having the ability to engage with our patients through social media and to be more interactive. Technology has helped us become more efficient and engaging while also helping our patients live more active, healthy lives.

What does Locally Loved mean to you?

We are a true example of locally owned and locally loved. Our small community embraces us, and it is our duty to serve them and do everything in our power to help each other and learn and grow together. Because we are local, we owe it to our community to make sure that we are taking care of our patients and ensuring that they get their medications on time and with no hassle.
