Albuquerque City Drug

Albuquerque, New Mexico

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Years in Business: 1

What is your favorite part of owning an independent pharmacy?
Our favorite part is being able to provide great service and also being able to see our customer’s reactions when they receive service from us that they’ve never experienced before.

What is your niche/focus?
One of our greatest passions is helping seniors who may have limited access to transportation. It is important to us that these guests receive the same level of service and compassionate care they would receive if they walked into our store. We offer prescription filling, a full line of over the counter medications, home health items, canes, vitamins, hygiene essentials and more. We also offer weekday delivery to both independent and assisted living facilities as well as to those who live on their own but struggle with transportation.

What makes you unique and sets you apart from the competition?
When our customers call Albuquerque City Drug, they speak to a person who will be ready to answer their questions and take requests. We have listened to our customers and learned that the automated phone systems found in most chain pharmacies cause frustration for many individuals. We believe that listening to our customers and making the process of filling prescriptions as simple as possible for our customers is a huge contributor to what helps us stand apart from other pharmacies.

What does Locally Loved mean to you?
Serving our local community is a great honor. Locally loved means the community appreciates our service and continually depends on us for quality care.
