Grabbing a healthy snack between meals can be a good thing for adults and kids alike. Just keep an eye on the calories and aim for good nutrition. Here’s a handy list of snack ideas (all 100 calories or less) to get your started:

  • 1 small banana
  • 1 medium apple
  • ¼ cup raisins
